Me, my husband, and our pet shark, Frank.
Prior to blogging about the disaster that is my life, I was living it. I left the high-paying, yet tedious world of Finance for the low-paying, yet tedious world of Food. Don’t get me wrong – I love cooking and I love food! The question is whether or not they love me back. The jury’s still out on that one…
What’s not to love?!
Where is your husband in the picture? I only see you and Frank the shark :-)!

Dear Mindy,
Thanks for help with studying!
We all passed!

I wish more people thought like you in my corner of the land… oh well
Well thank you, Dan:)
Mindy, the greatest meal I ever learned to prepare in a restaurant was fresh Mako Shark caught off Long Island in the 70’s. You can grill it like a salmon-steak, and if you ever get it as fresh as we did, you will remember this amazing taste forever.
Miss Mindy. Fabulous name 🙂
Wish the blog was still running. Ive just come across it and had a good giggle.
Kindest most delicious regards,

Hi Mindy – love the name:) And also love your website! What a gorgeous concept! Stay tuned, my bloggy blog will be coming back in all its “my 2 yr old could make a better blog” glory. I’ve had 2 babies in the past 3 yrs but am starting to emerge from the fog with plenty of food and disaster fodder:)
Thank you for your comment and for reading!
